Payment methods
On check-out, via Paypal or Credit card, through the secure system of Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Cash on delivery (ELTA or Courier): paying upon delivery of the order by arrangement (ONLY in Greece) - extra cost 2€.*
* Αντικαταβολή (ELTA ή Courier): πληρωμή κατά την παράδοση κατόπιν συνεννόησης, είτε τηλεφωνικώς είτε μέσω email (ΜΟΝΟ για παραγγελίες εντός Ελλάδας) - επιπλέον κόστος 2€. Ισχύει μόνο για ετοιμοπαράδοτα προϊόντα. Η επιλογή αυτή δεν είναι διαθέσιμη στο checkout.

Returns & Refunds
To accept any return you have to contact us via e-mail at info@blackflamecollectibles.com, or by phone (if you are in Greece) at 6943766775 to make an appointment so that we can receive your return from the carrier. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by proof of sale or consignment note in case an invoice has been cut and the package should not be unsealed. The product should be in its original packaging and in excellent condition. Products on sale, offer, pre-order, single cards, graded cards, booster packs or plushies can not be returned. Orders with the aforementioned products can not be cancelled.
We recommend that you check, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects, e.g. struck goods. Please note that all our products are stored with care as we value their high quality. We make sure that all products are safely packed before transport. Any damage caused during transport is not our responsibility.
The return of the products is done at your own expense and responsibility. In case of loss of the products upon their return, we do not bear any responsibility. For this reason, the return of products should be done either by courier services, or registered through post offices (the same service must be used for the return)
Your refund will be made using the same payment method originally used, within 14 days from the date we received the refund product. The two parties (company - consumer) can agree on another way of refunding, as long as the consumer is notified of proof of refund.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or amend any order that does not contain pre-order items before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, orders that contain pre-order items can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order was received. Products are usually shipped after 1-2 business days in Greece or 3-4 business days worldwide. Please notice that cancellations are valid when each order does not include any of the aforementioned items (products on sale, offers, pre-orders/check conditions above, single cards, graded cards, booster packs or plushies).
Defective products
If any of the products you received has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 4 days of receipt {by phone (if you are in Greece) at 6943766775 or by email: info@blackflamecollectibles.com}, so that we can inform you about the return method. Upon receipt, we will check the nature of the defect or damage. In case the damage or defect is due to a manufacturing error, we will undertake the immediate replacement of the product provided that is in stock. If the damage is due to improper use, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
